A toolkit that guides exploration and reflection of team culture. A set of 32 Mood Cards that capture a range of emotions, vibes, feelings and ideas.

MISSION Design a toolkit that helps teams coalesce their “ideal team state” and run experiments together to get closer to that state. Inspire teams to feel excited about embarking on a multi-week creative endeavor together. Balance Dropbox’s creative energy and quirk with the simple, and straightforward language. Develop a photography style that could be easily applied and executed by multiple photographers/designers, while WFH without studio equipment. Deliver 32 Mood Cards with stunning photography on a minimal budget.
